Local Pickup Option and Forfeiture Policy
Local Pickup: For customers who prefer to pick up their orders locally, we offer a convenient local pickup option. Once your order is ready, you will be notified, and you can collect your items from our location at 221 Southwest Blvd Kansas City MO 64108.
Forfeiture of Purchases: Please note that any orders not picked up within 6 months from the date of notification will be considered forfeited. We will not hold orders beyond this period. If you have not picked up your order within this timeframe, the items will no longer be available for pickup, and no refunds will be issued for the forfeited items.

Return Policy: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges: Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
